2 med	potatoes cooked and peeled
100 ml	clarified butter
1 tsp	fresh rosemary finely chopped
1 tsp	fresh thyme finely chopped

Instructions:

Instructions: Cut the potatoes into 5mm cubes.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the potatoes.

Drain on kitchen paper.

Add the herbs salt and pepper.

Phce in a non stick 6cm galette mould.

Colour on griddle until golden then unmould.

Serves 4
