Instructions: Directions: Rinse and pat dry fryer parts. Beat the egg and water together in a shallow bowl. Place cereal crumbs in a separate bowl and add the garlic powder, salt and pepper. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture then roll in the crumb mixture, coating on all sides.
Place each piece in a spray treated 9x13 baking pan. Pre-bake 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Serves four. Freezing and Cooking Directions: Pre-Baked Chicken - Remove from oven and cool. Put baked chicken into a freezer bag. Label and freeze. To serve, place chicken in a baking dish and bake at 350 for 20-20 minutes until hot. Non-Baked Chicken - Place coated chicken in a gallon freezer ziptop bags. Label and freeze. Place chicken on a baking sheet and put in freezer until firm. Remove and put into freezer bags. This will help the coating on the chicken and will keep the pieces from freezing to each other. To serve, thaw the chicken and place on a spray treated 9x13 pan. Bake uncovered for 350 for one hour.
