Instructions: 1. Peel potatoes; cut each lengthwise into 8 wedges. In large bowl, whisk together egg, garlic, and 1 tbsp water. Add potatoes; toss to coat evenly.
2. In shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, grated cheese, basil, and oregano; roll potato wedges in mixture to coat well. 3. Bake on greased baking sheet in 425F (220C) oven for 15 minutes. Turn wedges; bake for 12 to 15 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender. Makes 4 servings, each: according to MC 4.
