	Pepper
	Cornstarch

300 gm	flour
50 gm	cornstarch
1 tbl	baking powder
1 x	egg
1 tsp	salt
6 tbl	water
1 tbl	cooking oil
4 x	soup bowls cooking oil

Instructions:

Instructions: Heat oil. Dip fillet into batter and deep-fry till golden brown.
