Instructions: Mix pork, onions, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, pepper and salt. Put 1/2 tsp of meat on each wrapper. Fold in half to form triangle. Lightly wet left corner with water and push together with right corner.
Keep covered while working with others. Fry in an inch of oil until crispy brown, about 2 minutes. To make sauce, whisk ingredients together. Makes about 40 wontons. Email this Recipe:
