Instructions: Directions: Sauce - Whisk together the milk and cornstarch over low heat until smooth. Stir in soup mix and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a large skillet heat the oil. Add the garlic and onion. Saute lightly and add the beef. Cook over high heat for about 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and saute until tender. Reduce the heat and stir in the sauce, yogurt and parsley. Do not overheat, as the yogurt will curdle. Serve over noodles. Email this Recipe:
