3 tbl Olive oil
12 oz Sirloin steak, cut into strips
1 x Onion - sliced thin
1 x Garlic clove - minced
1 cup White mushrooms - sliced
8 x Shitake mushrooms - sliced
1 cup Low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup Parsley - chopped 2 cups cooked fettucini
Salt and pepper
----------------- SAUCE ----------------
1 cup Evaporated skim milk
1 tbl Cornstarch
Instructions:
Instructions: Directions: Sauce - Whisk together the milk and cornstarch over low heat until smooth. Stir in soup mix and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a large skillet heat the oil. Add the garlic and onion. Saute lightly and add the beef. Cook over high heat for about 2 minutes.

Add the mushrooms and saute until tender. Reduce the heat and stir in the sauce, yogurt and parsley. Do not overheat, as the yogurt will curdle. Serve over noodles.
