8 x Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cup Seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup Flour
2 x Eggs - beaten
3 tbl Olive oil
1 tbl Butter
2 x Lemons, juice of
Instructions:
Instructions: Directions : Pound chicken breasts until thin. Dredge each breast in flour and shake off excess. Dip breasts in egg and let drain a bit.

Coat each breast with bread crumbs and season with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil and butter in large skillet. Saute the breasts for about 2 minutes on each side until golden. Serve with squeezed lemon.
