In a large soup pot, place the chicken, carrots, celery and onion, covering with water. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer and allow to cook for about 1 1/2 hours. When through cooking, shred the meat and side aside. Let the soup cool, strain and place in a zip lock freezer bag and store. To serve, reheat and add the alphabet noodles and garnish with shredded chicken. Email this Recipe:
