1 cup Dijon mustard
1 cup Olive oil
4 x Lemons, juice of
1/2 cup Soy sauce
2 x Garlic clovers - minced
Salt and pepper
2 sprg rosemary
Instructions:
Instructions: Directions: Combine all ingredients with a whisk and marinate choice of poultry or fish. For a whole chicken or turkey, try stuffing the bird with the juiced lemon rinds and fresh herbs and place sprigs of rosemary and thyme on top. Bake covered at 375 degrees for about an hour and then take top off, basting every 15 minutes until brown.
