Instructions: Directions: Fry the bacon until crisp and drain on paper towels. Pour out excess fat from pan, except 1 tablespoon and add the olive oil to pan. Add onions and saute about five minutes, then add garlic and tomatoes. Simmer for a few minutes and then add the tarragon, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Simmer for another half an hour, stirring occasionally. Add parsley and simmer for five minutes.
Crumble bacon and stir into sauce. Pour sauce over pasta and mix. Top with parmesan cheese. Email this Recipe:
