Instructions: Directions: Scrub the potatoes well, leaving the skins on for flavor and crispiness. Place one potato on a cutting board and slice half slices lengthwise. Then, take each slice and cut into finger size strips. Repeat with remaining potatoes and pat dry the slices. Fry until golden. Remove and drain well. Season with salt and pepper.
