Instructions: Directions: In a small saute pan, heat the olive oil. Saute over low heat, the garlic until soft. Add mustard, wine and lemon juice. Stir to combine and remove from heat. Rub fillets with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and place fillets in a shallow baking dish.
Broil for 2 minutes. Remove from oven and spoon mustard mixture over fillets. Return to oven and broil until crust is golden brown and fish is cooked through, about 5 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges. Email this Recipe:
