1 lb Linguine - cooked
4 x Chicken sausages - cooked and cut
1 cup Shredded jack cheese
1 cup Crumbled feta cheese
2 x Red onions - sliced and carmelized
6 whl eggs
6 x Egg whites
Instructions:
Instructions: Directions: In a iron skillet, place a layer of linguine to cover.

Place sausage on top, half of the jack and feta cheese, and half of the carmelized onions. Cover with another layer of pasta and continue layering. Top the final layer with pasta. Scramble the whole eggs and egg whites together. Pour over pasta layers. Top with jack cheese and parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 degrees until puffy and golden, about 30 minutes.
