1/4 cup Olive oil
4 x Cloves garlic - minced
1 stalk celery - chopped fine
1 x Carrot - chopped fine
1 x Yellow onion - chopped fine
1 lb Sirloin - diced
1 x Italian sausage
1/2 cup Red wine
2 x 28 oz. can tomato puree
Instructions:
Instructions: Directions: Saute garlic in olive oil. Add celery, carrots and onion.

Saute lightly. Add sirloin and sausage (discard casing) and saute.

Add red wine and reduce. Add tomato puree and season with salt and pepper.
