Instructions: Directions: Combine all ingredients, except won ton skins. Lay out skins in single layer. Brush skins with water and place a teaspoon of filling on each skin. Dip second won ton skin in water and place on top of filled skin. Squeeze closed or use a pastry cutter to connect edges. Place on floured baking sheet and refrigerate until ready to use. Place in boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove carefully with a small strainer. Serve with favorite sauce and fresh basil.
