Instructions: Directions: 1) Combine soy sauce, lemon juice and sesame oil. Let chicken marinate in sauce. Stir in the cornstarch and coat the chicken thoroughly. Set Aside.
2. In a wok, heat oil until smoking, add the garlic cloves. Stir fry lightly and remove. Add red and green peppers, scallions and mushrooms and stir fry. When cooked, remove and set aside. 3. Heat more oil in wok. Add the marinated chicken and stir well. Add the sherry and soy sauce and cook until chicken is done. Add vegetable mixture and toss well.
