Instructions: Cook Meat and Onion in Crock Pot on High with the water.
For 4 to 6 Hours or on Low Overnight. Drain Water and Throw out Onion. Add Bbq Sauces and Cook on Low for 1 Hour. NOTES : This is a terrific recipe! Robb who hates Onions has asked that we make this more often. You can make this lower in fat by getting a very trim piece of meat. This is another one that is very forgiving... the longer you cook it in the water, the more tender it gets. I set it in the crockpot the night before. Robb drained it and added the BBQ sauce.
