Instructions: Coat meat with flour mixture. Set excess flour aside. In a large skillet heat the oil and brown the meat on all sides. Put all ingredients into crock pot. Pour water over all. Cook on low for 10 hrs. Turn control on high. Thicken with 1/4 c plain flour dissolved in a small amount of water. Cover and cook on high for 10 - 15 min., or til slightly thickened.
