3 cup	thinly-sliced carrots
3 tbl	butter or margarine
2 cup	water
3 tbl	orange marmalade
1/4 tsp	salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine carrots, water, and salt in crock pot. Cover and cook on HIGH 2 to 3 hours or until the carrots are done.

Drain well; stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on HIGH 20 to 30 minutes.

This recipe yields 5 to 6 servings.
