Instructions: Place bread cubes in 1 1/2 qt. greased crockpot. In bowl, mix beaten eggs, sugar, butter, milk and nutmeg. Stir until smooth. Stir in raisins. Pour over bread; mix. Cook 1 hour on high or 3 hours on low.
Set lid aside to let steam out so pudding doesnt get watery. Pour sauce over pudding when it is done. BUTTER SAUCE 1/2 cup sugar 2 1/2 Tablespoons flour 2 Tablespoons butter 1 cup water 1 teaspoon vanilla Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Cook until thickened. Pour over pudding.
