1 can Ortega peppers - (10 oz) chopped
1 x onion chopped
2 can tomato sauce - (4 oz ea)
2 lb beef roast
Chili powder to taste
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Night before: Place roast in crock pot and leave on all night on LOW.

In the morning, add rest of ingredients to crock pot. Cook on LOW heat the rest of day.

Spread cooked mixture on extra-large fat-free flour tortillas. Also add refried beans, sour cream, grated cheese with meat and optional shredded lettuce. Fold (use wooden toothpicks to keep closed) and wrap in foil. Bake at 350 degrees in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

For Crockpot Chili Burritos, we simply substitute leftover Crockpot Chili for the beef roast and leave out the refried beans but do include the sour cream, grated cheese and (optional) shredded lettuce. Salsa can also be added to either of the recipes before or after heating.
