Instructions: Pound chicken breasts thin. Place 1 slice each of ham and cheese on each breast half. Roll up and place into bottom of crockpot.
To one can golden mushroom soup add 1/2 can water and 1/4 cup of dry sherry. Mix well and pour over chicken in crockpot. cook on LOW for 8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. This recipe yields 4 servings. Email this Recipe:
