Instructions: Heat oil in skillet. Sautee onion and garlic until light brown. Remove. Add sausage and chicken to brown in the skillet. Drain and pat dry. In crockpot combine all other ingredients together with the onions and garlic. Add the sausage then top with the chicken breasts. Cover and cook on low setting 6-8 hrs.
TO FREEZE: Brown the garlic onion and meats as directed. Then put everything in a freezer bag and freeze. To prepare: thaw in the refigerator overnight and add everything to the crockpot in the morning. Email this Recipe:
