2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 x 16 oz tub sour cream
2 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
1 lrg can sliced mushrooms
1 cup whole milk
1 x yellow onion diced
1 bag mixed frozen vegetables (i used broccoli, red peppers and mushrooms)
3 cup cooked rice
3 cup diced uncooked boneless skinless chicken
1 tbl minced garlic
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine in crockpot: Cook on low for 6-8 hours or low 3-4 hours
