Instructions: Flour tortillas, chopped tomatoes, avocado, sour cream, etc. In the slow cooker, combine the meat, bell pepper, onion, Fajitas mix and water. Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours or until meat is tender. Warm tortillas in microwave or oven. Remove meat from pot, place about 3/4cup mix in center of each tortilla. Top with favorite toppings of tomato, avocado, sour cream, chopped black olives, green chilies, jalapenos, etc. Fold sides over the filling.
Makes 6 or 7 servings. NOTES : I frequently do not have the Fajitas flavoring in the package to use, so just put whatever I feel like in the pot for seasonings. Garlic, Worcestershire sauce, a bit of cooking wine, additional onion, more peppers, sometimes taco seasoning. They may not be traditional Fajitas, but they sure do taste good rolled up in a nice warm flour tortilla with whatever toppings I choose to use. I usually serve them with Spanish Rice.
