Instructions: Place roast in crockpot with onion and water. Cook on low all day till done (10-12 hours). Take meat out and shread or cut to small, thin strips. To juice, add Italian dressing mix, salt & pepper, oregano, and garlic salt. (I just sprinkle it in heavy-sorry no exacts). Place meat back in juice mix and let simmer for 1 hour. Now its ready to eat on french rolls.
