Instructions: Brown the turkey in the bacon fat until brown and then add the onions, carrots and celery and cook for a couple of minutes more. Mix the soup and chicken broth together in the crock pot and add the turkey mixture, the bacon and the wild rice. Cook on LOW setting 6-7 hours.
