1 x 16 oz pkg frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
1 x 10 oz pkg frozen sliced okra, thawed
1 x 10 oz pkg baby lima beans, thawed
1 med onion, diced
2 x cloves garlic, minced
3 x 5.5 oz cans V-8 vegetable juice, (no salt added)
2 x 14.5 oz cans Cajun-style stewed tomatoes
1 cup water
3 tbl vegetable broth concentrate, (Knorr makes some)
1 tsp hot sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a 5-quart crockpot. Cook, covered, on high for 5 to 6 hours.
