Instructions: 1. Heat oil in stew pot. Add curry leaves, lemon grass, onion, garlic and ginger and fry for about 2 min. Add tomatoes, chilli powder, paprika, cinnamon stick, fenugreek, turmeric and salt.
2. Add crocodile meat and cook for about 5 min. Pour in coconut milk and simmer for about 20 min. 3. Serve on heated plates with lime juice sprinkled over the top accompanied by steamed rice. Garnish with fresh curry leaves. Email this Recipe:
