Instructions: Fillet the meat from the bone. Slice each fillet into 1/4-inch pieces and pound until double in size. Season with salt and pepper.
In a saucepan, heat the butter and the garlic. Saute the meat, add mushrooms, tomatoes and shallots. Cook over a low heat until the vegetables are cooked, when the meat will be tender. Just before serving add the white wine. Email this Recipe:
