500 gm Crocodile meat, cut into strips
40 ml Oil
100 gm Onion, finely chopped
40 ml fish sauce
150 ml Coconut cream
10 gm Brown sugar
5 gm Coriander root, chopped
30 gm Basil leaves, sliced
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Heat the oil in a stewpot, add onion and chillies. Fry gently until soft, add Crocodile and saute for about 5 min.

2. Add fish sauce, coriander root, sugar and basil and cook for about 1 min.

3. Pour in Coconut cream, bring to the boil and remove from heat.

4. Serve garnished with fresh basil.
