8 slc	White bread, crusts removed
1/4 pch	Butter, softened
4 slc	Broad thin slices cooked
	Chicken, breast meat
4 slc	Thin natural Gruyere
1 tbl	Water
	Dash of salt and freshly

Instructions:

Instructions: Spread the bread with some of the softened butter. Make 4 sandwiches. each with one slice of chicken and one of cheese. Press firmly together. Proceed as with the Croque-Monsieur.
