Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 cup Leftover rice
2 tbl Chopped spinach
6 x Greenchillies finely chopped, (6 to 7)
1 x 1 inch piece ginger crushed or grated
1/2 tbl Wheat flour or maida
1 tbl Semolina fine
1 tsp Butter
2 x Pods garlic crushed, (2 to 3)
Oil to deep fry
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients, except oil to deep fry, and semolina. If too soggy add some flour, if to dry add a few teaspoons water. Shape in croquettes. Roll in the semolina to coat. Heat oil in kadai. Let in the croquettes few at a time to fry on medium flame till golden brown. Serve hot with tamarind sauce, green chutney or ketchup.
