1 sm	Head lettuce, chopped
1 med	Cucumber, peeled and diced
2 med	Tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup	Fresh coriander leaves
2 tbl	Chopped fresh mint
2 x	Cloves Garlic, crushed
3 tbl	Sumac
1 tsp	Salt
1/2 tsp	Pepper
1/4 cup	Olive oil
1 tbl	Lemon juice

Instructions:

Instructions: Thoroughly mix all ingredients except croutons. Add and serve.
