Instructions: Cream the butter and egg; add the sugar and baking powder; mix well; add the milk and vanilla, mix well. Add enough flour to make a little stiffer than cake batter and bake in 9x13-inch pan at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes. When cool cut in little squares and top with filling.
Chocolate Pudding Filling: Mix sugar, flour, cornstarch and cocoa, add to milk and water and bring to boil, add vanilla. Put this on the squares and serve while hot. Email this Recipe:
