1 pkt chocolate fudge pudding mix 6 serving size
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup peanut butter if desired Crust
1 pkt Pillsbury Coconut Almond Frosting Mix or Coconut Pecan
2/3 cup all-purpose or unbleached flour
3/4 tsp soda
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare pudding mix with milk according to pie filling directions on package. Stir in peanut butter and set aside. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup and level off. In large bowl, combine all Crust ingredients. Blend until crumbly. Press 2 cups of Crust crumbs into ungreased 9 or 10 inch pan. Pour filling into crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 8-12 minutes until golden brown. Chill 2-3 hours before serving. Serve with whipped cream, if desired. Store in refrigerator.

Makes 1 9 inch pie.

*Self-Rising flour not recommended.
