1. Melt fat in saucepan and fry onion until soft. 2. Add minced meat and fry until well browned. 3. Stir in the tomatoes salt pepper and herbs simmer for about 20 minutes. 4. Make crumble: sieve flour and rub in margarine until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add the grated cheese. 5. The meat mixture must be fairly dry to prevent soaking into the crumble. If there is too much liquid boil to allow some of the juice to evapourate . 6. Place the meat in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle the crumble mixture on the top. 7.
