Instructions: Mix sugar, flour and nutmeg; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle about half crumbly mixture in unbaked shell. Arrange peach halves, cut side down, over crumbs and cover with remaining crumbly mixture. Add water and bake in hot oven (450 degrees) 10 minutes, then in moderate oven (350 degrees) about 30 minutes.
