1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbl buttermilk

Place popcorn in a large bowl that has been lightly sprayed with vegetable oil cooking spray. Set aside. In a medium saucepan, mix the remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat. Drop a few drips of the liquid into a cup of cold water. The glaze is ready when these drops form tiny balls that can be picked up with your fingers. Pour the glaze over the popcorn & immediately stir. The caramel corn can be molded into balls or eaten loose. When its cool enough to touch, its ready to eat.

Makes 4 - 1 cup servings.
