Instructions: Melt butter in a small heavy saucepan over low heat; stir in brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil; cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until sugar dissolves.
Stir in whipping cream gradually; return mixture to a boil. Stir in vanilla; remove from heat, and cool slightly. Stir in crushed candy. Serve over ice cream or pound cake. This recipe yields 2 cups. Yield: 2 cups Email this Recipe:
