1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup light brown sugar - (firmly packed)
2 tbl light corn syrup
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt butter in a small heavy saucepan over low heat; stir in brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil; cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until sugar dissolves.

Stir in whipping cream gradually; return mixture to a boil. Stir in vanilla; remove from heat, and cool slightly.

Stir in crushed candy. Serve over ice cream or pound cake.

This recipe yields 2 cups.
