1 lb boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
3 cup crushed, baked potato chips
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

Place potao chip crumbs in large reclosable plastic bag.

Rinse chicken in cold water (do not dry).

Cut into thin strips.

Add moistened strips, a few at a time, to bag and shake until well coated.

Arrange strips on baking sheet.

Drizzle with butter.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes or until done.

Serve chicken fingers with your favorite dips as an appetizer, snack or main course.
