Instructions: In large bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup cider vinegar or wine vinegar, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 2 tsp granulated sugar, 1 tsp horseradish, 1 clove garlic, minced and 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper. Add 4 cups shredded green cabbage and 1 carrot, grated; toss well to combine.
