Instructions: Blend egg and milk in a pie plate. Combine crumbs, salt and pepper on a sheet of wax paper. Dip fish in milk, coat with cracker crumbs. Heat oil in 9-inch skillet. Fry fish, a few pieces at a time, until golden-brown. Turn,and fry until golden-brown. Drain on paper towels.
