Instructions: In a bowl, using the back of a spoon, crush the minced garlic with the salt.
Add the tomatoes, onion, carrots, bell peppers, chili pepper and lemon or lime juice. Stir and taste to see if you want more salt. Cover and chill. Serve with burritos or chips, or the usual cast of characters that go with salsa at your house.
