Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 deg. spray an 8x8 inch baking dish with olive oil spray. In a shallow saucer, combine Catalina dressing, chili powd & onion flakes. Place cornflake crumbs on a plate and dip chicken pieces in dressing mixture and then into the crumbs. Sprinkle any remainder crumbs over chicken and drizzle any remaining dressing over chicken and bake for 40-45 min or until tender.
