Instructions: Place lettuce in an even layer in a 9" square glass dish or salad bowl.
Add layers of onion, green pepper, celery and peas. Spoon dressing over top layer; spread to all edges of dish. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 6 hours. (Will keep up to 3 days in refrigerator if not mixed.) To serve cut into squares.
