Instructions: Combine sugar, syrup, milk and peanut butter and cook until a soft ball is formed when dropped into cold water. Add butter, vanilla, and nuts; beat until creamy. Spread in 9-inch square Pyrex pan which has been buttered.

Cool and cut into squares.
