Instructions: In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and vinegar. Stir in cabbage, tuna, carrot peppers and onion. Cover and chill. Just before serving, add slightly crushed potato chips; toss lightly. Cabbage may be shredded the night before, cover and refrigerate separately.
