Instructions: Cut onion, zucchini and carrot into 1/4-inch-wide matchstick strips. In bowl, combine yogurt, chopped parsley, chopped dill, lemon juice, mustard and sugar. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Season dressing with cayenne pepper. In bowl, pour over vegetables and toss well. Serve immediately, or chill several hours before serving.
