3 cup Zucchini, grated
1/2 cup Bread crumbs
3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, part skim milk, grated
2 x Eggs
4 x Egg whites
1 tsp Minced onions
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all but cheese. Put into greased pie pan and bake 1/2 hour at 350F. Top with cheese and bake 1/2 hour more.
